On top of the ladder again!

North Coast Interclub League report written by Tri NSW

Round 5 of 7 was done and dusted the weekend before last at the Kingscliff Tri. Here's how it's all looking as clubs take aim at the final two rounds at Byron & Club Champs...

👉 The Byron Tri Club Breakers Maxed Out to jump back into 1st place overall and with a handy, but not unassailable lead, back to Coffs Harbour Triathlon Club Rockets in 2nd.

👉 The Hat Head Triathlon Club Hammerheads are still in podium contention after a strong 19 point round at Kingy.

👉 The Ballina Triathlon Club Seahorses performed admirably to finish 2nd at Kingscliff with 15 PTS and are hot on the heels of the Grafton Triathlon Club Bull Sharks who sit 5th (securing 9.5 points in Kingscliff).

👉 The Tweed Valley Triathletes Volcanoes had a great round picking up 15 valuable PTS as they seek to avoid the wooden spoon this season.

👉 The Coffs Harbour Rockets and Clarence Valley Triathlon Club Stingrays both picked up 12.5 PTS and still remain in title contention.

TWO ROUNDS TO GO!

Byron Triathlon (Sprint & Olympic) on 13th May and Club Champs on May 27. It is the Byron Breakers comp to lose now but it will go all the way to Forster where double points are up for grabs!
